Today we had a very special visit from William D. Pratt's grade 4's. They came in and read with us. Ask me about who my buddy was.

     
1. WETLAND VISIT volunteers: Thank you to everyone who has volunteered we now have enough volunteers.

2. Scholastic book orders: were sent home today. Please fill out the form and return by Wednesday April 12th. You can pay online or send a cheque. Thank you.

3. Inquiry Materials needed:

Ms. Percival and Ms. MacDonald's Inquiry group is collecting recycled toilet paper and paper towel rolls for a special project. If you have any you can donate to the group please send them to school over the next few weeks and have your child give them to Ms. Percival or Ms. MacDonald. We are hoping to collect almost 100 rolls. 

As students get prepared to build models at school we are asking families to begin saving and collecting recycled materials at home. We will begin asking for these materials to be sent to school in the next week or so. 
Some useful items might include: 
          - clean yogurt containers        - strawberry containers
          - cereal boxes                      
If any families have extra diorama building supplies such as small fake trees, grasses or sand these would also be great items for your child to use.
